Nikhil Menon

Nikhil Menon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Nikhil is currently serving as the Chief of Staff & Strategy at The Good Glamm Group since July 2022. Prior to this, Nikhil worked at OYO from 2019 to 2022, where they held the position of Head of Revenue & Growth, OYO Malaysia. Nikhil was responsible for driving revenue and growth strategies for the company.

Before joining OYO, Nikhil worked at Myntra in 2018, where they focused on revenue and growth in the Pricing department. Nikhil also gained valuable experience at McKinsey & Company, where they served as a Solution Leader for Wealth and Asset Management and Real Estate clients from 2011 to 2018. During their time at McKinsey, they were involved in client service, solution delivery, and knowledge development. Additionally, they successfully built and led a high-performing team for Wealth and Asset Management client services and product delivery.
