Amanda Hilton has extensive experience in the field of mobility and rehabilitation for individuals with visual impairments. Since November 2000, Amanda has worked at The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association, holding various positions including Operations Manager, Mobility Specialist, and Technical Training Officer, where responsibilities included managing training modules and supporting tutors and trainees. Prior roles involved providing mobility training as a Guide Dog Mobility Instructor and Rehabilitation Worker, focusing on enhancing independence for clients. Additionally, Amanda worked as an Early Years Family Worker at The Parenting Project from November 2014 to May 2017. Amanda holds multiple diplomas and a BA in Fine Art & Contemporary History from respected institutions, underlining a strong educational foundation in both rehabilitation and art.
