Christopher Crouch

Christopher Crouch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the social care and community development sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Operations Manager at The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association since September 2019, Christopher has previously held various leadership positions at the Society of St James from December 2009 to September 2019, including Team Leader for Housing Management and Integrated Offender Management. Prior roles include Team Leader at Cranstoun, working on drug intervention programs, and roles at Nottinghamshire Probation Service and BASE 51, where Christopher managed multidisciplinary teams and youth services. Christopher holds a Diploma in Higher Education in Youth and Community Development from De Montfort University, complemented by a foundational education at Kirkby Centre Comprehensive.
