Emma Dalen

Emma Dalen currently serves as a Group Coordinator and Front Desk Representative at The Gwen, A Luxury Collection Hotel, a position held since August 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Beauty Advisor at L’OCCITANE Group from October 2017 to May 2023, Assistant Manager at francesca’s® for two months in 2021, and Retail Specialist at COUNTRYSIDE FLOWER SHOP AND NURSERY from August 2016 to August 2017, where responsibilities encompassed managing special event orders and supporting floral design operations. Emma holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Roosevelt University, completed in 2023, and has also studied Illustration at Ringling College of Art and Design and the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
