Eric Grobecker

Eric Grobecker has extensive experience in compensation and HR roles. Eric is currently the VP of Global Total Rewards at The Hain Celestial Group, where they are responsible for implementing and administering compensation programs. Prior to this, they were the Head of Compensation at Hain Celestial and Senior Director of Global Compensation at Expedia Group. Eric has also held leadership positions at Ingersoll Rand, Rockwell Automation, Western Union, Molson Coors Canada, and Molson Coors Brewing Company. Throughout their career, Eric has demonstrated expertise in designing and managing compensation strategies, overseeing annual compensation planning processes, and collaborating with executive leadership. Eric has also led global compensation teams and implemented initiatives to improve employee engagement and productivity. Eric's experience spans various industries, including consumer goods, e-commerce, manufacturing, and telecommunications.

Eric Grobecker earned an MBA in General Management from Wake Forest University School of Business from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, they obtained a BA and MA in Russian Language and Literature from the University at Albany, SUNY from 1986 to 1993.
