Justin Godley

Justin Godley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Justin is currently working as the Director of Global Internal Communications at The Hain Celestial Group since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Client Experience at Current Global from 2023 to 2023. At Current Global, their responsibilities included planning, crafting, and executing messaging and communications strategy for Fortune 500 clients, with a focus on public relations, internal communications, and executive visibility.

Justin also worked at BISSELL Homecare, Inc. as the Senior Manager of Global Communications and Community Outreach from 2022 to 2022, and as the Global Communications Manager from 2019 to 2022. Before that, they served as an Advisory Board Member for Advertising/Integrated Marketing Communications at Ferris State University from 2013 to 2021.

With a background in communications, Justin held various positions at Kellogg Company, including Senior Manager of Internal Communications from 2016 to 2019 and Manager of Experience Planning from 2012 to 2016. Justin also worked as a Digital Media Specialist at Meijer from 2010 to 2012 and gained experience in film production and festival organization as the Co-Founder of the Michigan Film Festival from 2009 to 2012.

Early in their career, Justin worked as a Contracted Representative at Publicis Selling Solutions in 2010 and as a Marketing & Admissions Specialist at Compass Film Academy from 2009 to 2010. Justin began their professional journey as a Professional Healthcare Representative at Johnson & Johnson from 2006 to 2008.

Justin Godley attended Michigan State University from 2000 to 2003, where they received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Film Studies. In 2001, they also obtained a certificate in Film Theory & Criticism from the British Film Institute.
