Lisa Davidson Chartered FCIPD is an experienced human resources executive currently serving as the Global Human Resources Director at The HALO Trust since March 2022, focusing on supporting and developing a workforce of 13,000 dedicated to post-conflict recovery. In addition, Lisa is a member of the Board of Trustees for IMPACT FAMILY SERVICES. Previously, Lisa held the position of Chief People Officer at Connect Health and served as Human Resources and Development Director, overseeing various strategic initiatives.
