David Robinson

David Robinson is the EVP and General Counsel at The Hartford. David has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to joining The Hartford, they were the SVP and Deputy General Counsel at Chubb Insurance. David also worked as an associate at Day Pitney LLP, a law clerk at the Federal District Court for the District of Connecticut, and an underwriter at Executive Risk. Robinson began their career as a senior tax consultant at Arthur Andersen.

David Robinson attended Wesleyan University for their BA and Cornell Law School for their JD.

David Robinson reports to Christopher Swift, Chairman & CEO. They are on a team with John Wilcox - Chief Strategy & Ventures Officer, Doug Elliot - President, and Kathy Bromage - Chief Marketing & Communications Officer.
