Prajakta Badgujar

Prajakta Badgujar is an accomplished data engineering professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as Director of Data Engineering at The Hartford since May 2020, following positions as Manager and Senior Data Engineer. Prior experience includes a Senior BI Engineer role at XPO Logistics, and a Lead Data Specialist position at TIAA through Experis, where Prajakta focused on data extraction and transformation using advanced data virtualization tools. At Collabera, Prajakta worked as a Senior Data Analyst for Wells Fargo, leading efforts in data and process mapping, while earlier roles at Bank of America and Kewaunee Scientific Corp. involved BI development and designing reporting tools.
