Cordel Robbin-Coker is the Co-Founder and CEO of Carry1st, a leading video game publisher and digital commerce platform in Africa, serving in this role since July 2018. Additionally, Cordel is a Board Member for The Hershey Company since May 2024 and serves as Treasurer on the Board of Milton Hershey School, a K12 institution supporting underprivileged children, starting from January 2019. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President for The Carlyle Group's Sub-Saharan Africa Fund, where Cordel contributed to the establishment of the first dedicated private equity fund for Africa. Earlier career experience encompasses investment banking positions at Morgan Stanley, advising on M&A and capital markets transactions in various sectors. Cordel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Stanford University.
