Marissa Russo

Marissa Russo is a seasoned professional in IT risk and compliance with extensive experience in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at The Hershey Company since May 2024, Marissa has previously held the role of GRC Manager at Seiso, managing multiple clients' information security programs and overseeing process improvements in GRC services. As the Director of Operations at Women in Tech PGH, Marissa contributed to the nonprofit sector by supporting workforce development initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at PwC, where responsibilities involved managing identity and access management and risk management client engagements, as well as internships focused on cyber security at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Carnegie Mellon University. Marissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Science/Studies from Penn State University.
