Regina Barcena

Regina Barcena serves as the Director of Global Operational Excellence & Manufacturing Transformation at The Hershey Company, with extensive experience in supply chain strategy and quality assurance. Over a tenure that began in September 2010, Regina has successfully led high-complexity transformation initiatives and developed strategies to enhance sales growth and profitability across the supply chain network. Previous roles include Sr. Manager Supply Chain Strategy and Quality Assurance, where Regina was responsible for managing quality assurance, microbiology, and sanitation functions, as well as advancing Lean Six Sigma initiatives globally. Regina holds an Executive MBA from Georgetown University and has degrees in Industrial Engineering and Operations Management from Universidad Panamericana, along with a Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
