Tim Hinegardner

Tim Hinegardner has extensive experience in manufacturing and operations leadership within The Hershey Company, beginning in 1992 and currently serving as Vice President of Manufacturing since 2009. Hinegardner has held significant roles, including Vice President of Engineering and Senior Director of Manufacturing for North America, and has overseen major facilities such as the West Hershey Plant and the original Hershey Plant, both of which boast large workforces and complex operations. Previously, Hinegardner served as an Industrial Engineer and held multiple managerial positions at various Hershey facilities, further enriching expertise in production management and logistics. Hinegardner holds a Master of Business Administration from Lebanon Valley College and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University, complemented by military service as a logistics officer in the US Army.
