Reginald Goins

Reginald Goins has a extensive work experience in the beverage industry. Reginald currently serves as the Chairman of the Board at Pepsi-Cola Bottlers Association since January 2022. Prior to this role, they were the Vice Chairman of the Board at the same company from January 2019 to December 2021.

Before their involvement with Pepsi-Cola Bottlers Association, Goins held multiple leadership positions. In 2018, they became the President and CEO of The Honickman Companies. In the same year, they served as the President and Chief Operating Officer at Pepsi-Cola and National Brand Beverages, Canada Dry Delaware Valley Bottling Company, Canada Dry Bottling Company of New York, Canada Dry Potomac Corp, Pepsi Bottling Co Of NY, and Beverage Distribution Center Inc.

From 2014 to 2018, Goins worked at Coca-Cola Beverages Florida as the President and Chief Operating Officer. During their tenure, they partnered with the CEO to establish the first independently owned and operated Coca-Cola Bottling Company in 60 years. Reginald successfully expanded the company across the state, tripled its size, and grew revenues to over $1.3 billion. Reginald also led all commercial and operations functions and oversaw a workforce of 5,000 employees and 20 facilities.

Before joining Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, Goins held various positions at The Coca-Cola Company. Reginald served as the Vice President of the Ohio & KY Market Unit from 2010 to 2014, overseeing all aspects of sales and merchandising. Reginald also served as the Area Vice President of Sales & Marketing from 2008 to 2010, supervising a team responsible for 47% of total Coca-Cola North America sales. Prior to that, they held the roles of Director of Sales and Marketing - Southeast Region, Director - Global Burger King Account Team, Sr. Manager, Finance - Northeast Region, Planning and Analysis Manager - USA Operations, and Manager, Financial Reporting and Data Administration.

Reginald Goins earned a BA degree with a finance concentration from Morehouse College from 1986 to 1990. Reginald then pursued an MBA degree with a finance concentration from Prairie View A&M University from 1993 to 1996.
