Ashley Brown

Ashley Brown has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Ashley is currently the Founder & Owner of Guided Confident Careers LLC, where they offer online Career Coaching Services. Ashley aims to assist job seekers and individuals seeking professional development. Prior to this, Ashley worked as the Director of People at The Honor Foundation, a transition institute for Navy SEALs and U.S. Special Operations personnel.

Before joining The Honor Foundation, Ashley had a significant tenure with Aerotek, where they held various roles. Ashley started as a Regional Business Operations Intern in 2011 and later became a National Business Operations Intern in 2012. Ashley continued with Aerotek as a Recruiter Intern and then became a Professional Recruiter, specializing in identifying, screening, and placing qualified candidates. Later, they took on the position of Business Development Manager, focusing on professional and administrative staffing. During their time at Aerotek, Ashley received multiple awards and recognition for their sales performance and client satisfaction.

Ashley Brown attended North Carroll High School from 2005 to 2009. After completing high school, they enrolled at Old Dominion University and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management from 2009 to 2012.
