Neena Sali

Neena Sali is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive search and human resources. As Co-Founder of Tattva CX LLP since April 2022, Sali has contributed to the company's role as a Call Centre and Business Process Outsourcing solution provider. In January 2020, Sali founded the Human Factor, a boutique Executive Search Firm dedicated to acquiring exceptional talent for clients. Previous roles include HR Consultant at Zenfold Sustainable Technologies, Associate Director and Head of Diversity Practice at BTI Consultants, and Executive Director at Herald Consulting Pvt. Ltd., among others. Sali's career began in the early 1990s, with significant positions at Boyden and KMS Digistudio. Sali holds a Master's degree in Personnel Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
