Bianca H.

Bianca H. has extensive work experience in the field of People & Culture. Bianca started their career at Harris Farm Markets as a Store Supervisor in September 2013 and worked there until May 2018. Bianca then joined Sofitel Sydney Wentworth as a Talent & Culture Administrator in May 2018 and progressed to become a Talent & Culture Coordinator in August 2018. Bianca further advanced to the role of Talent & Culture Executive in December 2019 and worked in that position until November 2020. Bianca's most recent role was at THE ICONIC, where they started as an Employee Experience Coordinator in November 2020, then transitioned to a People & Culture Advisor in October 2021, and currently holds the position of People & Culture Business Partner since December 2022.
