Delilah David

Delilah David has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Delilah started their career as a Sales Representative at Utmost Empire in October 2014, where they focused on building client relationships and achieving sales targets. Delilah then transitioned to Emma's on Liberty in February 2015, where they worked as a Supervisor, managing staff, reservations, and daily operations while also assisting with social media marketing.

In March 2017, Delilah joined THE ICONIC as a Customer Service Representative, handling escalated customer enquiries and working collaboratively with different departments and partners to provide resolutions. Delilah identified trends and issues in real time, ensuring their effective resolution.

Delilah's performance in customer service led to their promotion as an Assistant Team Leader in April 2018. In this role, they managed the daily functions of the internal Customer Service Team, supporting the Team Leader and Customer Service Representatives. Delilah motivated and challenged the team to exceed their targets and provided the necessary tools, encouragement, and feedback for their success.

From September 2018 until June 2020, Delilah served as a Team Leader at THE ICONIC, further honing their skills in leadership and team management. In their most recent role at THE ICONIC, Delilah held the position of Sustainability and Ethical Sourcing Coordinator from June 2020 to February 2023. Delilah played a crucial role in ensuring fair and ethical sourcing practices while also coordinating sustainability efforts within the company.

Delilah's journey at THE ICONIC continues as they currently hold the position of Fair & Ethical Sourcing Specialist, a role they began in February 2023, focusing on driving fair and ethical sourcing practices within the organization.

Delilah David began their education in 2014 at The Design Centre, where they focused on interior design. Delilah continued their studies in 2015 at TAFE NSW, specializing in architectural drafting and architectural CAD/CADD. In 2021, Delilah attended the Sustainable Fashion Academy and completed a short course titled "Sustainable Fundamentals," with a specific focus on sustainability studies.
