H. Hollister Cantus

H. Hollister Cantus is an accomplished founder and Chairman Emeritus of The ILEX Group, with extensive experience in government relations, corporate strategy, and strategic communications since founding the company in June 1985. Key achievements include securing significant funding for Metro's Silver Line and serving as Director at the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce for over 15 years. Previously, Cantus held senior roles in multiple organizations, including Senior VP at ICF Kaiser, where notable contracts for nuclear facility clean-up were obtained, and Group VP at Lockheed Corporation, overseeing government relations for major defense projects. Cantus also held pivotal positions in government, including Associate Administrator at NASA during a critical period post-Challenger disaster, and deputy assistant secretary of defense. With an educational background from Williams College and South Kent School, H.
