Kelly Peters

Kelly Peters is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in the hospitality industry. As the Director of Human Resources at The Indigo Road Hospitality Group since August 2015, Kelly has honed skills in employee relations, training, and recruitment. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC, where oversight was provided for HR functions for 150+ employees, and Assistant Director of Human Resources positions at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and The New York Palace, managing substantial union and non-union employee groups. Earlier experience as a Training Manager and Corporate Trainer involved designing and delivering comprehensive training programs across multiple properties. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from Cornell University.
