Haojie Meng is currently the Manager of Analytics & Insights at The Infatuation. Prior to this, Haojie was the Manager of Data & Analytics at Bed Bath & Beyond from January 2022 to October 2022. In this role, Haojie served as the liaison between analytics team and cross-functional business teams to identify business problems, scope the analytics requirements, break down the projects into measurable steps with proper assignment, frame up the short-term and long-term project sprint timelines, bridge the data gap, prioritize the projects in high urgency and importance, and deliver analytics product in timely and quality manner.
Haojie has also held the position of Senior Analyst - Data & Analytics at Bed Bath & Beyond from May 2021 to January 2022. In this role, Haojie coached, mentored, and led analysts through the project funnel to identify individual career interest and personal strength, and to enable fast learnings, effective collaborations, and high work efficiency. Haojie also produced customer 360 view through the journey of acquisition, conversion, engagement, and retention.
