Marion Barratt

Marion Barratt serves as the Head of Trade Marketing EMEA/APAC at The INKEY List since July 2022, previously holding the position of Senior Trade Marketing Manager EMEA. Prior experience includes Senior Marketing Manager for Huda Beauty, overseeing the Huda Beauty, Wishful, and Kayali brands across multiple regions, and Regional Product Marketing Manager at Estée Lauder Companies, managing skincare, makeup, and fragrance categories in travel retail. Marion's career began at Revlon, where roles ranged from Brand Manager to Assistant Brand Manager, with responsibilities including brand strategy and marketing execution for various fragrance brands. Additional experience includes a Marketing Assistant role at MAC Cosmetics and an Assistant Marketing Project Manager position at DREAMPROJECT. Marion holds a Master's degree in International Marketing from King's College London and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Management specializing in Marketing from ESC Toulouse.
