Jeremy Boelens

Jeremy Boelens has a strong background in revenue management and pricing strategies. Jeremy is currently working as the AVP and Director of Revenue Management at The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Revenue Manager at Morgan Properties for two years. Jeremy also held the position of Director of Revenue Management at AMLI Residential, where they were responsible for maximizing rental income for a portfolio of 70 assets and conducted on-site unit amenity audits. Before that, Jeremy served as the Pricing Director at Waterton, overseeing rental income for 45 communities and managing a Pricing Analyst. Jeremy started their career at Equity Residential as a Sr. Manager, leading a team of Revenue Managers and optimizing pricing and revenue for the Western region. Their previous experience includes working as a Pricing and Inventory Strategist at United Airlines.

Jeremy Boelens earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management from Northern Illinois University, where they attended from 1995 to 1999.
