Bianca Garilli has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in healthcare and wellness. Bianca currently serves as the Associate Director of Partnership Account Management at The Institute for Functional Medicine since May 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Project Manager & Clinical Liaison at the same institution. Bianca has also worked as a Consultant for Military and Veteran Healthcare and Practice Implementation. In 2017, Garilli worked with NorCal Center for Lifestyle Medicine on the "Empowering Wellness in Veterans Initiative." Bianca founded and served as the Director of Northern California Center for Lifestyle Medicine, offering personalized natural and lifestyle medicine programs. Bianca was the President & Founding Board Member of the California Chapter and National Board Member for The Children's Heart Foundation. Garilli has also worked as a Consultant for IFM, Metagenics, and NCCLM, focusing on functional, naturopathic, and lifestyle medicine. Bianca had a role as a Faculty member in the Master's Program at Hawthorn University, contributing to curriculum development and serving on the Education Committee. Additionally, they worked as a Consultant for Metagenics, specializing in Veteran's Health & Medical Affairs. In the field of lifestyle medicine, Garilli developed Disease-Specific Lifestyle Medicine Programs and served as the Director of Nutrition at Lifespan Medicine. Bianca has also held the position of Director of Lifestyle Medicine at the Institute for Restorative Health, where they were responsible for growing the lifestyle medicine program and collaborating with various healthcare professionals. At Metagenics, they held the role of Customer Class Program Manager, overseeing the Naturopathic Doctor customer class and advising on product development.
Bianca Garilli, ND, IFMCP, USMC Veteran has a diverse education history. In 1993, they completed their schooling at United States Marine Corps Boot Camp, where they specialized in Arabic and Spanish linguistics and also worked as a small arms weapons instructor. Following their military service, Bianca attended Wall Lake View Auburn from 1989 to 1993.
Continuing their education, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Maryland, which they successfully completed in 2000. Subsequently, Bianca enrolled at Bastyr University, where they obtained a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine (ND) in 2008, specializing in Naturopathic Medicine.
To further enhance their knowledge and expertise, Bianca pursued additional qualifications at the Institute for Functional Medicine from 2017 to 2018, where they obtained certification in Functional Medicine (IFMCP).
Most recently, in 2021-2022, Bianca Garilli participated in the Leadership Program in Health & Wellness at Duke University to further expand their skill set in the field of health and wellness.
Through their extensive education and experience, Bianca has developed a dynamic background in functional medicine, naturopathic medicine, linguistics, and military training.
