Liz McGee

Liz McGee has extensive experience in corporate communications and external communications. Liz is currently serving as the Corporate Communications Director at the Institute of International Finance since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at CME Group, where they held roles as Director of Corporate Communications, Corporate Communications Manager, and Senior Corporate Communications Specialist. Liz also worked at Grant Thornton LLP as an External Communications Associate and at the Consulate General of France in Chicago as a Deputy Press Attaché. Liz has intern experience in global communications and media relations at the Council on Foreign Relations, communications at Veolia Water North America, web editorial intern at Today's Chicago Woman, and communications intern at Dan Seals for Congress.

Liz McGee holds a Master's Degree in Global Strategic Communications from Loyola University Chicago, which they earned from 2016 to 2018. Prior to their master's degree, they also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and English from Loyola University Chicago.
