Rodolphe Mader is a Science Advisor at The International Centre for Antimicrobial Resistance Solutions (ICARS) since May 2023, providing technical support for projects aimed at mitigating antimicrobial resistance in low- and middle-income countries. Mader's previous experience includes roles as Regional Antimicrobial Stewardship and Usage Specialist at FAO from September 2020 to March 2023, and Scientific Officer at the French Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety (ANSES) from April 2018 to August 2020, where Mader led a task on a European surveillance network for antimicrobial resistance in diseased animals. Additional veterinary experience encompasses positions at various veterinary clinics and internships focused on veterinary public health and epidemiology. Mader holds a Master of Public Health from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Ecole nationale vétérinaire de Nantes.
