Alex Chow

Alex Chow is an experienced professional in investment operations with a strong background in policy leadership and member support. Currently serving as Investment Operations Lead at The Investment Association since September 2021, Alex engages with members to address emerging issues and enhance post-trade efficiency while maintaining relationships with industry bodies and regulators. Prior to this role, Alex held various positions at Goldman Sachs from May 2015 to August 2021, including Vice President of Operations, where responsibilities included managing inventory operations for the securities lending desk. Alex's career also includes significant roles at BNY Mellon in asset servicing and a leadership position at Keele University Student's Union. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Law from Keele University.
