Justin Haynes

Justin Haynes, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the HR Manager for Training and Development at ITEX, a real estate investment firm, since January 2022. Previously, Justin held the position of Assistant Director for Alumni Clubs and Constituent Programs at Sam Houston State University, where recruitment efforts led to a significant increase in alumni club membership. Earlier experience includes roles as a Talent Development Specialist and Human Resources Assistant at Trinity Industries, where Justin developed a leadership training program and contributed to employee training initiatives. Justin's career began at Sam Houston State University as a Lead Student Assistant in the Office of Alumni Relations. Justin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Sam Houston State University.
