Marley Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health equity, racial justice, and public policy. Currently serving as a Program Officer for the Fair Work Initiative at The James Irvine Foundation since March 2022, Marley previously held significant roles at the Public Health Institute as Health Equity & Racial Justice Manager and at the San Diego Housing Commission as Senior Programs Analyst. Additional experience includes positions with the City of Long Beach in the Office of Equity & Community Impact Division, the Liberty Hill Foundation, and various organizations focusing on youth development and legal assistance. Marley holds dual graduate degrees in Public Affairs and Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor’s degree in International and Area Studies from Washington University in St. Louis.
