Mike Barnett

Mike Barnett is a highly accomplished composer with extensive experience in film, television, and video games. Currently at Netflix since August 2020, Barnett also works with Nickelodeon Animation, contributing to projects such as Butterbean's Cafe and Wonder Park, while composing for The Jim Henson Company's Splash and Bubbles since June 2016. As the owner of GBA Productions INC. since July 2014, Barnett provides music composition services across various media. Previously, Barnett held positions at Walt Disney Animation Studios from May 2015 to February 2021, creating scores for Mickey And The Roadster Racers and Sheriff Callie's Wild West. Earlier experience includes music coordination and composition for notable TV shows at JSL Music Inc. from 2011 to 2014. Barnett holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Film Scoring and Performance from Berklee College of Music, complemented by an education at Idyllwild Arts Academy.
