Zachary Epstein

Zachary Epstein is a Senior Staff Scientist at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory since 2020, with prior experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Maryland from 2013 to 2019. Zachary Epstein also completed dual Directed Energy Summer Internships at the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory in 2015 and 2016. Earlier, Zachary Epstein participated in NSF-funded research at Wayne State University and conducted data analysis for the ATLAS experiment at Duke University in 2011. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Physics from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Duke University.
