Fikir Zelalem

Fikir Zelalem is currently working at The Kaizen Company as a Quality Assurance and Program Delivery Specialist. Prior to this, Fikir worked as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at The George Washington University, Legislative Intern for Delegate Cliff Hayes at the Virginia General Assembly, Focus Group Recruiter at Alan Newman Research, and as a Political Intern at the Democratic Party of Virginia. Fikir also participated in a Fellowship program at the United Nations Foundation. Fikir holds a Master of Arts in Development Economics and International Development from the Elliott School of International Affairs and a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University.
