Thomas Overby

Thomas Overby is a Senior Finance and Operations Coordinator who currently works at The Kaizen Company in the role of managing USAID's Partnerships Incubator. Prior to this, Thomas served as a Senior Financial Analyst at EnProVera Corporation and E-AIM. With a background in finance and operations, Thomas has also held positions at MidCap Financial, IBTCI, and Evolent Health, among others. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Georgia and a Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst certification from Corporate Finance Institute®. Additionally, Thomas is currently pursuing a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Villanova University.
