Thomas Hospod

Thomas Hospod is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in housing development, legal counsel, and regulatory affairs. Currently serving as the Housing Development Manager at The Kelsey since May 2023, Thomas focuses on creating affordable and accessible housing solutions for individuals with disabilities. As Co-Founder and General Counsel of The Brothers Golnick Productions since February 2020, Thomas contributes to a veteran-owned video production agency. Previous roles include Development, Finance, and Regulatory Associate at Capitol Seniors Housing, and Regulatory Counsel at Sovos Compliance, where expertise in regulatory frameworks was applied. Early career experiences include law clerk responsibilities at Sallah Astarita & Cox and serving as a Legislative Aide in the Massachusetts General Court. Thomas holds a Doctor of Law from the University of Miami School of Law, a Certificate in Real Estate Investment from Harvard Extension School, and a Bachelor’s degree in History from Boston College.
