Alan Kinney

Alan Kinney is an experienced insurance agent and office operations manager at Kinney Insurance Agency, a family-owned independent insurance agency in Vermont since November 2012. Prior to this role, Alan served as a manufacturing program lead in supply chain management at GE Healthcare, focusing on global supply chain design for healthcare IT systems. Alan's career began at IBM, where responsibilities included managing a team of engineers at a semiconductor manufacturing plant and improving manufacturing tool designs. Additionally, Alan interned as a product design engineer at Ford Motor Company, contributing to the design and testing of driveline parts for high-profile vehicles. Alan holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and an MS in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
