Chelsea Guerdat's work experience includes serving as Chief of Staff at The Kitchen starting in May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Project Manager and Business Development Manager at UAP | Urban Art Projects from July 2021 to May 2023. Chelsea also worked as a Special Projects Manager and Commissions and Exhibitions Manager at Sean Kelly Gallery from October 2017 to June 2021. Before that, they served as the Director of Operations and Exhibitions at apexart from January 2016 to October 2017. Chelsea also worked as a Senior Project Manager at Art Basel from July 2013 to April 2015. Chelsea Guerdat obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Languages and Literature from Bard College, which they attended from 1995 to 1999. Chelsea then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Image and Communications (Photography) from Goldsmiths, University of London, from 2002 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, they hold various certifications such as OSHA certification from ClickSafety, obtained in January 2021. Chelsea also obtained the WSET Level 2 Intermediate Certificate from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in June 2003, the Spanish Intensive Certificate from the Instituto Internacional Alhambra in October 2001, the General Russian Certificate from Saint Petersburg State University in June 1999, and the German Immersion Certificate from the University of Heidelberg in June 1996. Chelsea is also a member of The Chief of Staff Association.
