Eleni Volanaki

Eleni Volanaki currently serves as a Sales Administrator at MTIS - Maritime Technology Innovative Solutions since October 2022. With extensive experience in the restaurant industry, Eleni has held various managerial roles at sketch Restaurants & Bars since May 2016, including Parlour Restaurant Manager and Director Of Operations. Prior to this, Eleni volunteered as a Health Visitor at the General Hospital of Rethymnon and the Mental Health Centre, engaging in vaccination processes, patient support, and community coordination. Eleni's earlier career includes roles in sales and waitressing at various establishments, demonstrating a strong background in customer service and operational management.
