Aakash Shete has extensive experience in customer support and technical management roles. Aakash is currently employed as the Head of Customer Support at The Knowledge Academy. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical & Support Manager and Team Lead at Intellipaat from December 2020 to November 2022. Before that, they held positions as a Business Development Associate and Business Development Trainee at BYJU'S from August 2017 to November 2019.

Aakash Shete completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering Technology/Technician from Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology, Yela, during the period 2014-2018.
