Carlo Thomas Alonso

Carlo Thomas Alonso has a long and varied work experience. Carlo Thomas began their career in 2009 as a Customer Service Representative for an Energy and Utilities business unit at Wipro BPS. Carlo Thomas then moved up to become a Lead Quality Analyst, Process Trainer, and Training Manager at Wipro BPS. During this time, they were certified for ISO 13485:2003, ISO 19011:2011, and ISO 14871:2007. In 2019, they joined Taft Properties as a Sales Network Development Group Officer, where they were responsible for the sales monitoring and development of both in-house and broker partner sales teams. Finally, in 2021, they joined The Labz as a Project Manager and Training Head. In this role, they have built a complete how-to database on how to use their platform and has also trained their clients on how to use the platform to execute their design ideas.

Carlo Thomas Alonso obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology from the University of San Carlos from 2005 to 2009. In 2018, they obtained six certifications from Lynda.com: Finance Foundations, Instructional Design: Needs Analysis, Instructional Design: Models of ID, Learning Articulate 360: Rise, The Neuroscience of Learning, and Train the Trainer.
