Bo Meyering

Bo Meyering is an accomplished Applications Developer at The Land Institute, leading data management and application development projects with a focus on computer vision and AI model development for image-based plant phenotyping, alongside statistical modeling and software development. Previously, Bo served as a Biological Scientist III at the University of Florida, managing a plant physiology lab, and has extensive experience with the USDA Agricultural Research Service as a Biological Science Technician, conducting research on citrus viruses and tomato grafting. Bo's early career included teaching English in Japan and academic support roles, with a solid educational foundation in Biology and ongoing studies towards a Master's degree in Analytics from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
