Dawn Herren MSN RN CCM has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Dawn started their career as a Registered Nurse at Texas Pediatric Cardiology in 2009, where they worked until 2010. In 2010, they joined UnitedHealth Group as a Case Manager/Team Lead and continued in that role until 2013. During this time, they also worked at Lash Group as a Senior Nurse Manager. In 2013, they returned to Lash Group as the Director of Nursing Clinical Services and later became the Director of Nursing. In 2014, they joined OptumHealth as an Associate Director of Clinical Performance Management until 2017. Dawn then worked at UnitedHealth Group as a Senior Business Consultant Black Belt from 2016 to 2017. Since 2017, they have been with Lash Group as the Vice President of Clinical Services. Dawn'smost recent role, starting in 2019, is being the COO of Premier Model at UnitedHealth Group in Richardson.
