Alexis Nieves

Alexis Nieves has a diverse work experience in various human resources roles. Alexis is currently the Director of Human Resources at The LCF Group, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, Alexis was a Human Resources Supervisor at the same company starting in 2021. Before joining The LCF Group, they worked at The Regency Assisted Living as a Human Resources Coordinator from 2018 to 2021, where they were responsible for benefits administration and employee support. Alexis also served as the Human Resources Director/Office Manager at Gorjian Acquisitions LLC from 2015 to 2018. Their earliest work experience includes being a Human Resources Lead at Target from 2011 to 2015 and working in customer service at CVS Pharmacy from 2010 to 2011. Throughout their career, Alexis has demonstrated leadership skills, employee development, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Alexis Nieves attended Benjamin Cardozo High School from 2006 to 2010, where they completed their high school education. In 2018, they enrolled at Nassau Community College and earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General in 2019. Currently, Alexis Nieves is pursuing a degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies at Queensborough Community College of The City University of New York (CUNY).
