Hermione Kent is currently serving as the South Cotswolds Constituency Organiser for the Liberal Democrats, managing political campaigns for the May 2025 local elections. In addition, Hermione leads the Partnerships & External Engagements team at the International Association for Democracy, focusing on building relationships with partner organizations. Previous experience includes placements at Wiltshire Council where research on regeneration projects and data science initiatives was conducted, as well as roles in customer service at Co-op and research strategy at The Peterloo Institute. Hermione also interned in public affairs and communications at Grayling and gained practical parliamentary experience through work shadowing at the House of Commons. Hermione holds a BA (Hons) in Politics and Modern History from The University of Manchester and A-Levels from Malmesbury School Sixth Form.
