Michelle Hayes

Michelle Hayes has a diverse range of work experience. Michelle started their career at The Link Group, where they held several roles, including Research Director, Senior Research Manager, Research Manager, and Associate Project Manager. During their time at The Link Group, they gained significant experience in research and project management. In 2019, Michelle also worked as a Yoga Instructor at CorePower Yoga. Prior to that, they held leadership positions at UNC Sailing Club and Carolina Women in Business, serving as Vice President and Vice President of Social Programs at UNC Sailing Club, and President and Vice President of Marketing at Carolina Women in Business. Michelle also gained experience as a Brand Management Intern at Newell Brands and held leadership positions at Alpha Kappa Psi. Additionally, they worked as a Sailing Instructor at Camp Don Lee. Throughout their career, Michelle has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a passion for both research and community involvement.

Michelle Hayes attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2013 to 2017, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. During their time at UNC, they also studied Marketing at the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School from 2015 to 2017, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
