Colleen Passard has a diverse work experience in various roles focused on conflict resolution, coaching, and mediation. Colleen currently works as an Onsite Ombudsperson for the CNCF Security Conference and KubeCon & cdCon 2023 at The Linux Foundation. In the past, they have served as a Mediation Panel member for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and worked as a Conflict Resolution Specialist and Leadership Coach at Pollack Peacebuilding Systems. Additionally, Colleen has worked as a Leadership Team Building & Employee Well-Being Coach at Berkley, provided Team Building & Communication Coaching at Trulioo, and served as a Workshop Facilitator/Student Coach at FIDM. Colleen has also worked as a Mediator at Pharos Global Strategies Inc. and DRS Dispute Resolution Services West Hollywood in earlier years.

Colleen Passard has a diverse education history. In 1991, they began studying Humanistic Counseling Psychology at City, University of London, where they completed their studies in 1994. In 1995, they pursued Transformational Psychology Coaching at the Edinburgh Center for Coaching. In 2001, Colleen obtained a Mediation Certification from the Los Angeles County Bar Association, specializing in mediation. Later, in 2012, they pursued a Graduate Certificate in Restorative Practices at the International Institute for Restorative Practices (IIRP) Graduate School. Colleen also completed Council Training at The Ojai Foundation in 2016, focusing on The Way of Council. Additionally, they have undertaken training in PSYCHODYNAMIC PSYCHOTHERAPY at the Jungian Institute Zurich, although the specific dates of this training are not provided. Throughout their education, Colleen has explored various fields of study such as counseling psychology, coaching, mediation, restorative practices, and Jungian psychology.
