Webber H. Lin has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Webber H. began their career at IBM as an intern, where they tested IBM Tivoli Storage Software on different platforms. Webber H. then moved on to Cisco as a Technical Marketing Engineering Intern, supporting the worldwide team with lab network setup and verification. Later, they joined San Jose State University as a Teaching Assistant, responsible for grading exams and assisting with computer networks labs.

Afterward, they worked at Applied Materials as a software engineer, where they designed a Virtual Build Verification System and implemented a web interface using Python Django. Webber H. then joined Ruckus Wireless LTD as a Software Automation Engineer, and later HP as a System Software Engineer and Technical PM, where they managed projects and translated training programs for OEM/ODM partners.

In 2012, Webber joined LiTV Inc. as a Software Engineer, where they worked on streaming solutions and content management systems. Webber H. gradually moved up to become a Software Manager and then a Software Director, where they negotiated a cost-saving CDN plan with AWS and developed strategies for maintaining partnerships with various telecommunications companies.

From 2018 to 2020, Webber worked at Amazon Web Services (AWS) in multiple roles. Initially, they served as a Senior Technical Account Manager, providing support to enterprise clients. Webber H. then became an Enterprise Support Manager and team manager, overseeing a group of managers responsible for customer support.

In 2020, they joined Gaia Information Technology as a Sr. R&D Director, and in 2021, they became an Authorized Instructor at The Linux Foundation. Throughout their career, Webber has gained experience in various technical roles, project management, and partnerships with major technology companies.

Webber H. Lin's education history is as follows:

Webber H. Lin completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Engineering from San Jose State University. This took place from 2005 to 2008.

Prior to that, Webber H. Lin pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Telecommunication from Pace University, specializing in Telecommunications Engineering. This program was attended from 2004 to 2005.

In terms of undergraduate education, Webber H. Lin obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biomedical Engineering from Chung Yuan Christian University. This degree was earned from 1998 to 2001.

Additionally, Webber H. Lin has obtained various certifications throughout their career. Some notable certifications include GitLab Certified Implementation Engineer Specialist, GitLab Certified Professional Services Engineer, GitLab Certified CI/CD Specialist, GitLab Certified DevOps Professional, AWS Certified Security - Specialty, AWS Certified Advanced Networking - Specialty, and Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect, among others. These certifications were obtained between 2018 and 2022 from institutions such as Badgr (now part of Instructure), GitLab, The Linux Foundation, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google, Linux Academy, International Scrum Institute™, and HashiCorp.
