Lab Coordinator at The Live Green Co

Sijo John has held a number of positions in the fields of lab coordination and analysis, beginning with an internship at Kemin Industries in 2010. In 2011 they became a Quality Control Analyst at Novozymes and stayed with the company until 2017, when they moved onto a position as Senior Analyst with TÜV SÜD. In 2022, they joined The Live Green Co as Lab Coordinator.

Sijo John obtained their MSc in Biochemistry from the Department of Life Sciences at the University of Calicut between 2008 and 2010. Prior to that, they attained a BSc in Biochemistry from SREE KRISHNA COLLEGE, GURUVAYUR between 2005 and 2008. In addition, they have obtained various certifications since then, including "Sensoy analysis- An approach towards consumer preference" from CSIR-Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI) in November 2022, "Food Labelling" from Food Standards Agency in 2022, "FSMS ISO 22000: 2018 -Internal Audit training" from UYIR TECH INTERNATIONAL, "FoSTaC Level 2" from Fssai ,Food License Registration Services INDIA, "Food Allergen Mangement" from Food Standards Agency, and "Food safety Standard (Advertising and Claims) Regulation, 2018" from Equinox Labs.
