Danielle Grospitch has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Danielle currently works at Lockwood as a Scientific Director, where they started in January 2022. Danielle Grospitch received their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University in the years 2000 to 2007. Danielle then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Public Health from The Ohio State University, which they completed between 2010 to 2012. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Healthcare Services and Operations at The Ohio State University - The Max M. Fisher College of Business from 2012 to 2014.

In addition to their academic achievements, Danielle Grospitch has also obtained several certifications. Danielle became a Certified Health Education Specialist in 2011 through the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing. Danielle acquired the Green Belt, Six Sigma certification in May 2014, and completed a program on Hematological Traits and Disorders; Diagnostics and Counseling at the Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center in April 2010. In 2007, they earned the title of HIV/AIDS Counselor from The Ohio State University, and in the same year, they obtained a certification in Motivational Interviewing from the Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences.
