Frances Chumney

Frances Chumney PhD currently serves as a Senior Researcher for Psychometric Methods at The Marcus Buckingham Company, part of ADP, since February 2018. Frances has a diverse background in research and methodology, having worked as a Research Analyst at the same company, and as an independent consultant specializing in methodology and data analysis at Beyond Significance since 2007. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Professor of Educational Research at the University of West Georgia from August 2013 to May 2018 and as a Statistics and Research Methodologist at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from August 2010 to July 2013. Frances holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology with a focus on Quantitative and Psychometric Methods from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a B.S. in Psychology from East Tennessee State University.
