Jen Tardiff Daly

Jen Tardiff Daly has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jen began their career as an intern at USC Athletic Department in 1998. Jen then worked as a Manager of Corporate Partnerships at AEG from 2000 to 2004. After that, they held the position of Senior Account Executive at The Ballpark from 2004 to 2005, and then at Dailey & Associates from 2005.

In 2005, they joined The Marketing Arm as an Account Supervisor, where they managed AT&T sports and event sponsorships and led the name change project from SBC to AT&T. Jen continued their work at The Marketing Arm as a Senior Manager of TV/Film from 2014 to 2016, where they established and nurtured strategic partnerships for clients in the entertainment industry.

In 2016, they took on the role of Director of Music Operations and Accounts at The Marketing Arm, where they built the music practice and oversaw various aspects of music operations. Jen was later promoted to Vice President of Music Operations & Accounts; Team Development in 2018, where they led team development initiatives and addressed client and team concerns.

In 2019, they became the Senior Vice President of People at The Marketing Arm, overseeing all people operations and developing agency-wide belonging initiatives. Jen joined Chief in 2021 as a Chief - Member, where they contribute to driving more women into positions of power.
